This seminar is jointly organised by Cortivy.ai (a product of Eva Technology Services LLC) and Ragmetrics.ai. Both act as joint controllers of the personal data collected through the registration form.

• Identity: first name, last name.
• Contact: work email, phone number.
• Professional context: company, role, country.
• Technical: IP address, user agent, referrer, UTM parameters.

• To register your seat and send you the joining link, reminders and replay.
• To send occasional, related communications about Cortivy.ai and Ragmetrics.ai.
• To measure attendance, sources of registration and improve future events.

Consent (registration) and legitimate interest (analytics, anti-fraud, security logs).

Data is shared between the two co-organisers and with infrastructure processors (hosting, email delivery, video conferencing). We do not sell personal data.

Registration data is kept for up to 24 months after the event, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
